For over more than a decade he has mentored and coached numerous established speakers and leaders across India, which lists CEO’s/CFO’s/Directors of established organizations as his mentees.
Dirish is rated amongst the finest public speaking coaches in India. His flagship public speaking course in Bangalore, “Own The Stage”, is amongst the most sought after programs by mid and senior level professionals.
Dirish is also a Linkedin content creator. He was a part of the 1st Linkedin Creator Accelerator Program in India (2022), where he was selected as an expert in public speaking and storytelling to share his knowledge and insights amongst the Linkedin community.

Banjara Toastmasters:Oct 2009
Dirish is the co-founder of Banjara Toastmasters, one of the reputed community toastmaster clubs in Bangalore. It began in Oct 2009 and until now has completed over 650 meetings.Dirish founded the club along with Dr Chaya Nair, a paediatrician and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) trainer.
A Take On Life(ATOL):

A Take On Life is a one-of-a-kind platform that hosts conversations on life, with concepts ranging from Managing Expectations, Tackling Failure, Understanding Emotions to name a few. Dirish strongly believes in the power of meaningful conversations as a means to self-discovery. The event is driven by the power of personal stories and perspectives as a way to understand and interpret life.

Academy of Public Speaking is the latest initiative started by Dirish in Sept 2019. Dirish launched the Academy of Public Speaking to impart his knowledge and experience garnered over the years as a speaker and coach.
